 Hints for search: Click on the link you wish to search by, an Excel spreadsheet will appear.  Go to the column with the drop down arrow and click on that arrow.  Click on the "Custom" Search, (this seems to be the best way to seach) then click on the dropdown arrow then the word "Contains", enter your search word(s) or number and all items that contain either that word or number will be filtered out of the spread sheet.

Shipping

To help customers with cost MT Distribution mostly ships directly from the vendors warehouses.  Most items are shipped via UPS or Federal Express.

Your order may qualify for FREE shipping call 440-942-1802 and see if this applies to your new order.

Shipping charges, taxes and any other applicable fees such as handling fee, fuel surcharges or special packaging fees will be added to the invoice when applicable.  If your order is to be Tax Exampt a Tax Exemption Certificate will be required.

Payment

All orders must have a purchase order number when being invoiced.

  Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express are accepted payment methods. 

To receive payment Terms such as Net 15 or Net 30 Day terms a credit application will need to be filled out and approved prior to first sale.  Call 440-942-1802 to have credit application sent to you or email mtsales@mtdistributionllc.com.  

Invoicing

 All invoices will contain all applicable shipping charges, taxes, fees, or special fees applicable to the sale. 

All invoices must have a company purchase order number. 

Payment Terms will be Credit Card or Purchasing Card unless a credit application is filled out and approved.  Net Terms will be determined at the time of credit applicaiton approval.

Sales Tax

All shipments within Ohio will have all applicable sales taxes included on invoice.  Taxes are determined by the shipping address.  Any orders shipping out of Ohio will not have state sales taxes included.  If your order is to be Tax Exempt a Tax Exemtion Certificate is required.

Returns

Returns will NOT be accepted without prior authorization. There may be a restocking charge required to return item, this will be determined at the time of the return. Call 440-942-1802 for authorization.
